2023-2024: E-RATE PRODUCTIVITY CENTER The E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) is the account and application management portal for the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program. Applicants, consultants, and service providers participating in the program must use this tool to manage program processes. Accounts have been set up for each school district with the business official initially named as Account Administrator. Once this account is activated, the business official may set up accounts for additional school district users as well as the CNYRIC E-rate Department and  set permissions (full or partial rights, or view-only rights). 2023-2024 ELIGIBLE SERVICES https://www.usac.org/e-rate/applicant-process/before-you-begin/eligible-services-list/ Document link; lists Category One and Category Two eligible services; includes FCC release order. 2023-2024 DOCUMENTS / TIME LINE Letter of Agency Last year's LOA covered both 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.  We are missing some 23-24.  Each District will be contacted if we haven't received your 23-24 LOA.
